2)  Client sends FLAP version
3)  Client sends 0x0017/0x0006 (screenname and some signon flags)
4)  Server sends 0x0017/0x0007 (MD5 key)
5)  Client sends 0x0017/0x0002 (client info with MD5ed password)
6)  Server sends 0x0017/0x0003 (auth cookie, other info)
7)  Server disconnects

1)  Server sends FLAP version
2)  Client sends FLAP version with auth cookie
3)  Server sends 0x0001/0x0003
4)  Client sends 0x0001/0x0017
5)  Server sends 0x0001/0x0018
6)  Server sends 0x0001/0x0013
7)  Client sends 0x0001/0x0006 (rate info request)
8)  Server sends 0x0001/0x0007 (rate info response)
9)  Client sends 0x0001/0x0008 (rate info accept)
10) Client sends a slew of requests
