Oscar Protocol Specification: Family 0x0013, Subtype 0x0008

This SNAC adds an item (buddy, group, etc.) to the information stored on the AIM servers. Often, a modify group SNAC (family 0x0013, subtype 0x0009) should be sent after you receive the ack from this packet (family 0x0013, subtype 0x000e).
